Move It MotorCycle Promo

1. Promo Period is from May 27 to June 30, 2023, 
2. User of Move It who files a claim that fare of their booked ride is above the approved Fare Matrix, will be awarded a Motorcycle.
3. Win a brand new motorcycle when you submit a claim saying your previous Move It ride is more than approved fare matrix by the Motorcycle Technical Working Group 
4. Eligibility: The Promo is open to all users of the Move It App who meet the following criteria:
   1. Must have valid receipt of a completed ride from May 22, 2023 until June 30, 2023.
   2. Must be able to provide a screenshot of their finished trip using the Move It App.
   3. This promo is only available in Metro Manila
   4. Must submit the proof of overcharging via the designated Google Form. https://forms.gle/C7voX5zLAEwR3zig6
   5. Deadline of submission of entries/ claims is June 30, 2023
   6. Existing Move It users are entitled to join the promo and can file as much claims/ entries as they can. 
5. Proof of Overcharging: To participate in the Promo, users must provide a screenshot of their finished trip using the Move It App, clearly indicating the fare charged. The fare charged will be compared against the approved fare matrix set by the Motorcycle Taxi Technical working group seen in section 7 of the  Revised General Guidelines for the pilot implementation of motorcycles taxis as amended.    1. For ease of application, Move It has provided a calculator, vetted by a representative from DTI, from which participants can calculate the approved fare matrix for certain kilometers.

6. The reference to be used when calculating the fare matrix should be based on the distance in kilometers seen on the Move It App only. 
7. Winners: One (1) winner will be awarded based on the following criteria:
   1. Participants who provide valid proof of overcharging will be eligible to win.
   2. The first participant to submit their proof of overcharging via the designated Google Form will be declared the winner.
   3. Move It reserves the right to verify the validity of the proof of overcharging before declaring the winner in concurrence of a representative from DTI.
   4. The first participant to meet all the requirements and provide valid proof of overcharging will be awarded one (1) motorcycle as the prize.
   5. All claims will be reviewed on July 3, 2023 in the presence of a DTI representative. The first valid claim will be awarded. 
8. Prize: The prize for winner will be a brand new Motorcycle. 
   1. The specific model will be 2023 Yamaha FZi 150  determined by Move It, ensuring availability in the Philippines.
   2. The distribution of prizes will be within 60 days of notification of the winner. 
   3. If no submitted claims/ proofs meet the conditions, the prize will be forfeited and there will be no winner declared for the promo. 
   4. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding 10,000 pesos and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner) 
9. Announcement of Winners: The winner will be notified via registered mail, phone call, push notification, push inbox, and email. within seven (7) days after the declaration of the winner with DTI. Winners will also be announced on Move It’s official website and social media platforms.
10. Verification: Move It reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the validity of the proof of overcharging. Move It may require participants to provide additional information or documentation if necessary.
11. General Conditions:
    1. Move It reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promo or any of its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    2. Move It is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to network failure, that may affect participation in the Promo.
    3. Move It’s decision on all matters relating to the Promo, including the selection of winners, is final and binding.
    4. Once a participant has submitted a valid claim, the Move It Marketing team will invite DTI to verify. 
    5. Employees of Move It, up to the 2nd degree consanguinity, including their immediate family members, are disqualified from joining the promo.
    6. By participating in the Promo, participants agree to grant Move It the right to use their names and submitted materials for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
12. Claiming of the prize. 
    1. The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferable to others, 
    2. Prizes not claimed within 60 days are declared forfeit with prior approval of DTI. 
    3. The winner will be notified via registered mail, phone call, push notification, push inbox, and email.
13. Should be any disputes Move it decision will prevail with concurrence of DTI
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
