Ikaw ang babayaran ng certain percentage ng amount ng iyong insurance sakali may sustained accidental injuries sa loob ng 180 days after ng date of accident:

No payment shall be made under these benefit provisions for any loss resulting from our caused directly or wholly by:

1. Bodily or mental infirmity, hernia, ptomaine or bacterial infection (except pyogenic infection which hall occur with and through an accidental cut or wound) or disease or sickness of any kind
2. Poison, gas or fumes (voluntarily or involuntarily taken), atomic explosions, nuclear fission or radioactive gas
3. Accident occurring while or because the member is affected by alcohol or any drug
4. Self-destruction or any attempt while sane or insane
5. Participation in any brawl
6. Any violation or attempt of violation of the law or resistance to arrest
7. Murder and assault
8. War, declared or undeclared, strike, riot, civil war, revolution or any war-like operations, or while under orders for war-like operation or restoration of public order
9. Entering, operating or servicing, ascending form or with any aerial or marine device or conveyance except while travelling as a passenger in an aircraft or marine transportation operated by a commercial passenger airline or shipping line on a schedule air or sea service over an established passenger route
10. Any injury suffered while engaging in following activities: aqualung diving, boxing, climbing, flying except air travel, football hang-gliding, hunting, ice hockey, motor competitions, parachuting, hurling, polo, pot-holing, power boating, racing, showjumping, skydiving, use of woodworking machinery, water ski jumping and tricks, winter sports, wrestling, yachting beyond 5kms of a coastline

Disease which originated, or bodily injury which occurred, before the effective date of this benefit provision if the insured member received medical or surgical treatment for such disease or illness within three (3) years immediately before such effective date, unless such treatment was disclosed in the application for coverage
  5. Injury or death in decliable areas

Upon death notification, the family of the insured member will receive an amount to help cover expenses or settle outstanding debts and liabilities brought about by the death of the member
